Nalcoombie is a progressive regenerative farming operation with a focus on beef cattle production. Our operation produces premium certified organic beef, mainly bred and grown on Nalcoombie using rotational grazing practices. Our herd consists of Shorthorn and Lowline stud cattle, along with commercial breeders and F1 crosses. We breed beef focused bulls, that are paddock tough and lightly finished, ready to go to work.
