Aside from being lightly conditioned, they are docile, easy handling cattle which perform in commercial beef production enterprises.  ​We breed for beef production outcomes, our cattle are bred and raised organically in Central Queensland, no southern imports here! They are paddock raised on their dams, regardless of the season, they are bred to withstand our vast climatic range including sweltering Queensland heat and the cold frost laden mornings during winter. Our cattle and born and bred in tick country, with tick load managed through pasture rotation.​ Our show cattle team, forfeit their organic status, (resulting in them returning to conventional), to represent the breed as a whole, our stud, our genetics and our ethos - stud cattle, particularly bulls, should be a true and honest representation of the breed, and their genetics, that every inch of a bull should be relevant to the beef industry, including type, conformation and -here's the controversy- fat coverage.....
